Our Philosophy

At Carmichael Kids Child Care and Early Learning Centre we believe that learning is a holistic journey. Our Christ centred approach to teaching encompasses the values of love, kindness, patience, dependability and trust, which is modeled by loving families, consistent educators and members of the Carmichael community. We provide opportunities to scaffold children’s learning in a safe, secure and supportive Christian environment.

We acknowledge God, our Creator, and pay our respects to the Gubbi Gubbi peoples, and continue to pray for the elders present and emerging.

All Educators have ACECQA Approved Qualifications, Education & Care First Aid Training & follow the Christian ethos of love & compassion.

CKK has modern, bright facilities with open & safe spaces, including 12 classroom spaces and 7 age-appropriate outdoor playspaces.

We offer an easy transition for children heading into Prep, with exposure to school-age children & routines across the Carmichael campus.

Our Kindy Program builds language, literacy & numeracy skills. Children learn creativity, independence & confidence in readiness for Prep.

Affordable Childcare & Outside School Hours Care fees, with Child Care Subsidy from the Australian Government available for families.

At Carmichael Kids & Kindy, we provide alternative, healthy meal options for children with allergies, intolerances or cultural considerations.
