WELCOME TO CARMICHAEL KIDS AND KINDERGARTEN

A unique campus, with an eternal vision.

Carmichael campus was established in 2015 by the Interseed Foundation, who is responsible for overseeing the vision across campus. At Carmichael Kids and Kindy our goal is to reflect our Christian faith and belief that every child is of great value and is a gift from God.

In 2002, Mueller College purchased the 34 acres of land that our campus sits on, with the intention of building a new school. It was to be called Carmichael College, in honour of Amy Carmichael, a remarkable woman known for her work among orphaned children in South India in the 1800s. So, the vision of our Morayfield campus was birthed. In partnership with Mueller College, Interseed acquired the Morayfield property for the purpose of constructing the integrated community that would house an independent Christian College, Childcare and Kindergarten, community facilities and a local church.

The Interseed Foundation formed in 2011 as a not-for-profit charity with a focus on education and humanitarian aid. Prior to this formal establishment, there was a vision of seeing the expansion of excellent education with a Christian foundation and a church at the heart of the community. This vision for education and community support was firmly established by pioneering men and women when they established the Mueller College campus in Rothwell in the early 90’s

As our Carmichael Childcare continued to rapidly grow and expand with multiple extensions to the centre, the decision was made to build a standalone Kindergarten facility, which commenced in 2019. Our journey has continued to strengthen and grow, now reaching over 1000 families each week through our broader range of education and community initiatives and will continue to increase in the coming years with the strategic growth plan across the whole Carmichael campus.

Situated on 34 acres of land, is Carmichael College, Carmichael Kindergarten, Carmichael Kids, OSHC, Creekside Café , Creekside Community Church and the Interseed Foundation, comprised of a thriving community where the story is continuing to be written and many families and students continue to be impacted for the better.
